In a city known for its cold edges and concrete cool, H&M x Magda Butrym turned up the heat and cracked the code on floral femininity. Stunner venue Funkhaus Berlin was reimagined into a romantic fever dream of red roses, dim light, and dancefloor drama. A setting that spoke fluently in the visual language of Magda Butrym’s world: sensual, nostalgic, and unapologetically powerful.
The party marked the launch of H&M’s latest designer collaboration, this time with the Warsaw-born designer who’s quietly taken the fashion world by storm over the past decade. Known for her ability to make femininity feel bold, Butrym’s take on accessible luxury hits just the right note: romance with an edge.

A love letter written in draped satin, leather, and that red rose print. Think: deep burgundy coats, figure-hugging crochet, and ruffled minis made to move. It’s a capsule that captures Butrym’s signature energy while letting H&M’s global fanbase buy into the fantasy. No gatekeeping necessary.
As guests filtered into the venue the tone was set: Operatic soundscapes, a drop-dead-gorgeous crowd looking like living editorial spreads, and cocktails sipped beneath cascades of velvet petals. Eastern European elegance re-contextualised — and it worked.

The H&M x Magda Butrym collection officially drops April 24 in select stores and online.
