A few months have passed since the release of her last album AIM. But now, just ahead of her highly anticipated, self-curated Meltdown Festival, a brand new MIA. track, titled “Goals” surfaces. It was produced with previous collaborator, Portuguese artist Branko. Listen below.
Via Youtube, the singer shared the accompanying video, consisting of GIFs made by photographer Jaime Martinez, which will be displayed as an art piece at the aforementioned Meltdown Festival’s venue. The video’s description reads “DEDICATED TO MY HARDCORE FANS THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNFALTERING DEDICATION AND SUPPORT. YOU HAVE GIVEN ME A SLIVER OF HOPE IN HUMANITY. STAY STRONG. REALITY WINNERZ. PLEASE VOTE.”, reminding us (once again) of M.I.A.’s love for her fans, and her never-resting urge to contribute to and promote political activism.

As to be seen above, Princess Nokia, Mykki Blaco, and many more are set to perform at Meltdown.
All that is left to say is that this new M.I.A. track has us even more stoked for the event then we were before.
