Henk Schiffmacher- Dutch tattoo artist and to many a living legend, his list of clients include Anthony Keidis, Lemmy from Motörhead, Kurt Kobain and many many more. His tattoo styles can be described as out-of-the-ordinary yet classic, for the first time only we’ve been able to introduce him to our readers as not only an ink artist but also as a photographer. Over two years ago Henk’s 23 year old daughter Texas Schiffmacher, the youngest of the family, found photos that her father had taken in the Seventies and Eighties, an incredible compilation of images showcasing sub cultures from all over the world. While the selection was hard, Texas accumulated the most fitting selection of images, what you will see will be shocking, provocative, beautiful and raw.
