For the last two weeks the city of Amsterdam has been the proud host of gay pride. One of the highlights of this year’s celebrations was the festival Milkshake. Unlike past years this time the festivities lasted 2 days instead of one, giving us twice the amount of fabulous fun. Trying to define the best moments is basically impossible. Was it the “This is how we Drag Galore” drag queen performances or the House of Vineyard ballroom competition? The live performance of female icon singer Peaches or the porcelain queen herself Amanda Lepore? Legendary Lady Bunny that made an appearance or the ultra cool Doppelgang DJ duo that turned out the party? The list goes on and on and to be frank the 48 hour affair was a never ending stream of best moments filled with the best possible festival crowd you can imagine. So good in fact that we couldn’t help but solidify some of these milkshakers in time. Here we are, from our enjoyment to yours, milkshake at its best!
