The term “sports-luxe” was definitely made for the Danish born London based designer Astrid Andersen. Her most significant trademark is combining traditional sports apparel with a modern twist and luxurious materials – best seen on the opulent 90’s popper joggers. For the SS17 season the designer wants to see us all in different shades of beige and shows with this choice that beige is not only your grandpa’s fave color. Apart from that the biggest surprise definitely was the new range of womenswear that is exactly as sporty, badass and oversized as the male pieces.
