Louis Vuitton’s creative director, Nicolas Ghesquière, just revealed the images for its new autumn/winter 2017 campaign, featuring more than a few familiar faces. Actresses Sophie Turner and Riley Keough, alsongside topmodel Natalie Westling and French icon Catherine Deneuve. The biggest eyecatcher of the shoot? Jaden Smith, hands down … But probabaly not for the reasons you think.

While, of course, the young actor/musician/activist is very easy on the eyes, what’s most noteworthy about his appearance is his hair. And why is that? Well, a few weeks ago, he carried a handful of his chopped-off, now infamous dreadlocks down the Met Gala’s red carpet as if they were some sort of accessory (see below), whereas in the campaign itself, the allrounder is still seen sporting a full head of locks.

This is not the first time the Young Entertainer has modeled for the French Fashion house. Back in 2016, Smith starred in LV’s gender bending Women’s Spring/Summer’16 ad, wearing a skirt.
